Igor Omulecki, "To" Exhibition opening Le Guern Gallery 18.03.2011

'To' is an exhibition of Igor Omuleckis new works. Contemplative photographs neighbour on punk-style works: a photo wallpaper glued to the wall, drawings by the artists son, or photographs utilising kitschy computer effects. Presenting his own loved ones, Omulecki discreetly situates himself in a family context. Generational change and transience are his vanitas today. His photographs stem from an intuitive exploration of the originary, natural and existential: movement and change.
